Join Molly in the Test Kitchen as she makes arancini (deep fried stuffed rice balls)! To make these Sicilian cheese-filled snacks, you first have to make risotto, then use the risotto to make cheese-stuffed balls, then coat them with breadcrumbs and deep-fry them. It’s a labor of love that will make other people love you, which is reason enough to give this recipe a try.

If molten arancini are the new mozzarella sticks, I can’t think of a better way to bring home our 100th episode. Tune into this celebration station ASAP!!! 😘

would anyone please explain to me crushed-garlic controversy? I crush cloves to take the peel off, but then chop the rest with a knife. I understand there’re other ways to mince garlic, but what’s wrong with crushing it before mincing? like what’s the beef

bring claire back

LOVE you molly😊❤

Can I just say garlic doesn’t go in risotto at all.. The base is a soffritto ( carrots, celery and onion ) I don’t get why Americans think we eat garlic all the time, honestly we barely eat it at all! Please don’t hate me, I just had to say that. Love your channel

Well Molly *did* crush the garlic so no harm done 🙂

Can I ask: why is everyone so obsessed with Brad? I watch It’s Alive and I enjoy it and him, but everyone’s kinda obsessed with him. To the point where they make references on other videos like Claire videos about allicin and stuff. And I don’t quite get why. No shade to Brad of course because this isn’t his direct doing, but you get what I mean.

no you guys……HEAVY CREAM NO -_-‘ as for the arancini: good job, they are more like supplì from Rome though… In arancini you should have a ragu stuffing

Didn’t read captions… Thought this was falafel.

The video didn’t show when she added the 2nd ladle of stock, and just straight away showed the risotto is done? What?
